Hi, I’m Sarah, a trauma-informed therapist supporting couples and individuals as they navigate anxiety, emotional intensity, and relationship challenges. I offer a grounded, compassionate approach that integrates the body, mind, and nervous system.
Some of my areas of practice include:
- Emotion regulation and trauma support for adults, especially those navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, BPD, eating disorders, or the effects of relational or acute trauma.
- Anxiety and emotional support in young girls (ages 6–12), helping them build self-awareness, confidence, and coping tools early in life.
- Pregnancy and postpartum support, including anxiety, mood shifts, and identity transitions during this profound life stage
- Couples therapy for adults experiencing tension, difficulty with communication, or lack of connection.
